These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of trendmagnet.in and services provided by Trend Magnet Pvt. Ltd. (“Trendmagnet”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Trend Magnet Pvt. Ltd. is a digital and web agency (websites, WordPress, marketing, apps, security, Google Business Profile, ads, and related services). CIN: U74999DL2014PTC264022. Registered Office: WZ-7(G.F.) Roop Vihar, Nawada Extension, New Delhi-110059, India.

2. Services

Project scope, timelines, and fees are set out in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement. Work starts after you accept that document and any agreed advance is received. We may refuse or stop work that is illegal, harmful, or outside the agreed scope.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, content, logins, and feedback in a reasonable time
• Ensure you have rights to materials you supply (text, images, logos, data)
• Keep account credentials secure and use our deliverables lawfully

Delays in your inputs may extend delivery dates.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as quoted. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable as per the proposal (typically an advance to start, with the balance before launch or as scheduled). Late payment may pause work. Domain, hosting, licences, ads spend, and third-party fees are extra unless included in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Until invoices are paid in full, we retain rights in our work product. After full payment, you receive a licence (or assignment, if the proposal says so) to use the final deliverables for your business. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and our internal methods remain ours.

6. Third-party platforms

Websites, ads, hosting, Google, Meta, and similar platforms have their own terms. We are not liable for outages, policy changes, account bans, or results that those platforms control. Ad spend and platform fees are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Results and liability

Digital marketing and websites can improve visibility and leads, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, sales, or a specific return on ad spend. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit or data).

8. Website use

You may not misuse this site (scraping, attacking, copying our content without permission, or submitting false enquiries). Content on this site is for information; it is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the proposal. Work completed and third-party costs incurred remain payable. We may suspend services for non-payment or material breach.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For active projects, the proposal and these Terms as at the date you accepted the proposal continue to apply unless both parties agree otherwise.
